Full Job Description

Step into a role as the Director IT Sourcing where you will be responsible for supporting developing and executing IT sourcing and vendor management strategies, processes and tools. The ideal candidate will have a background in working directly with senior IT leaders to align IT sourcing and vendor management strategy and execution to business objectives. This is a hybrid role in our Newton, MA office and requires 3x of onsite work weekly. **Responsibilities:** **Depending on the line of business, the position may perform some or all of the below functions:** * Manage full lifecycle of contracts for assigned programs, project and key suppliers * Pro-actively manage contract and license renewals * Build and foster collaborative working relationships with Department VPs, PMO and other key stakeholders within the IT organization * Successfully lead negotiations for enterprise initiatives meeting the timelines, scope, and requirements agreed upon with key stakeholders * Assist in developing a category strategy which supports the overall technology strategy * Socialization and facilitation of the Procurement policy and processes, ensuring that the project teams and stakeholders understand the policy and adhere to it accordingly * Support improvement in processes, policy, systems, and reporting * Timely and frequent submission of management information, including RFP/Contract Negotiation/Renewal status and savings reporting * Facilitation of any needed market res
