What You'll Do.
Set the strategic direction of the design
and implementation of domain-level reports for IT Risk Management
Lead a team to a standard of excellence for the development and publication of a current and accurate view of both the Operational Risk and IT Risk profiles
including regional specific profiles
Establish governance of all reports produced
including signoffs from Senior Leaders
and required stakeholders
Develop relationships with diverse stakeholders across the Enterprise
focusing on collaboration and alignment for both metrics and reporting
Drive standardization
and transparency across all elements of risk reporting and insights
Identify and investigate emerging risks
taking initiative to engage with SMEs to create ‘risk features’ and strategic and actionable insights
Work in collaboration with domain owners to ensure messaging is clear
and reporting is accurate and sufficient
Provide effective challenge on all risk materials prior to presentation to committees
including preparing required speaking notes and communications
Establish a strategic strategy to deliver critical Operational and IT Risk information to senior leaders
boards and committees
Keeps abreast of regulatory developments
industry best practices and leading trends in governance practices
Responds to regulatory and Internal Audit as required
Ad-hoc assignments will inevitably occur
and resources are expected to be allocated as needed
