What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Over 10 years of progressive finance experience, Deep expertise in FP&A, Financial advisory experience, Executive stakeholder management experience, Proven track record of partnering with senior executives, Demonstrated experience leading process transformation, Demonstrated experience leading automation, Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives within Finance, People-leadership capability, Experience building and leading high-performing, engaged teams, Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Nice to Have
MBA, Professional designation (CPA, CFA), Prior experience supporting Technology, Bilingualism (English and French)

Leading the end-to-end FP&A agenda for Enterprise Technology and Global Data IT
Covering expense forecasting
risks & opportunities
and leadership reporting
Serving as the primary business partner to ETS and Data CIOs
Providing proactive financial guidance
Improving the accuracy
and transparency of forecasts
Providing financial leadership on enterprise-wide Technology initiatives
Partnering across Finance
Providing financial review and oversight of major enterprise Technology contracts
and vendor engagements
Ensuring financial governance
and accountability across Technology spend
Advancing the FP&A agenda through process automation
and standardized ways of working
Driving simplification and scalability of planning
and reporting processes
Leading change management efforts
Playing a leadership role in Finance Transformation initiatives
Shaping and implementing the future-state operating model
Acting as a thought partner to senior Finance leadership
and developing a team of approximately 5 FP&A professionals
