What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, 10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, at least 5 years in a leadership role managing network, cloud, and systems architecture teams, Network Architecture: experience with SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, network security protocols, and healthcare data exchange networks, Cloud Architecture: experience with AWS, Well-Architected Framework, and hybrid cloud solutioning, Demonstrated history of assessing, testing, implementing modern platform visibility solutions (DataDog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus / Grafana)
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Recent certifications in relevant cloud platforms (AWS Certified: Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Security Specialty, etc Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, etc.), CISSP, CCNP, HITRUST, or FinOps Certification

Team & Collaboration
Lead and manage a team specializing in network, cloud, and systems architecture; Ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency; Act as the primary liaison between IT architecture teams and IT leadership; Partner with IT Security team; Partner with Cloud team; Work closely with software vendors; Work closely with system integrators; Work closely with cloud service providers; Foster collaboration across cross-functional IT teams; Ensuring alignment with infrastructure, security, and application teams
