What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, 7 years of experience in information systems, solution design, systems development, implementation, and installation within a complex environment, 3 years of management experience in project management and managing multi-discipline work teams, Demonstrated leadership skills, Proven track record of managing/directing technical staff and financial resources through various system life cycle phases, Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management, Advanced project management skills, Excellent working relationships and strategic partnering with various teams, Understanding of health care delivery and health care dynamics within a large integrated health care system

What You'll Do.
and operation of applications
documenting and evaluating current systems
recommending and justifying improved systems
contributing to priorities for system implementation
developing the conceptual design for each improved application
ensuring applications are designed and interfaced to satisfy users
and integrated information
executing and providing results and conclusions of all phases of system applications
consulting with users to identify
evaluate and formulate strategies for improvement
managing and providing support for changes/enhancements
ensuring proper analysis
change management and user input processes are followed
assisting with the management of hardware
software and/or consultant contracts and service agreements
establishing and maintaining vendor relationships
overseeing the development
and evaluation of information systems processes and mechanisms
performing human resources responsibilities for staff
developing and recommending operating and capital budgets
controlling expenditures within approved budget objectives
understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct
ensuring personal actions and employee actions comply with policies
