As the Director of Internal Communications, you will lead the internal communications function at Delivery Hero, defining the overall corporate narrative, structure, and governance to drive clarity, alignment, and engagement across our organisation. Reporting to the Senior Director, People & Culture, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. This is a Director-level leadership role designed for a "manager of a function" who seamlessly bridges the gap between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution. You are someone who can set the vision for our internal channels, coach a dedicated team, and roll up your sleeves to personally craft critical communications when the situation demands it. * Strategy & Narrative Ownership: Define, own, and execute the internal communications strategy and narrative, ensuring absolute alignment with Delivery Hero's core business priorities. * Executive Advisory & Crisis Support: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership on internal positioning and organisational changes.
