Must Have
Level 7 Chartered Wealth Manager or equivalent, Level 4 or 6 can be considered if you have extensive experience to complement, Significant experience within a wealth management role, Proven Relationship Management skills, Ability to understand client needs, Knowledge and communication skills to identify and articulate solutions, Integrity to earn the client’s trust, Extremely detailed and diverse knowledge of business sectors, current business developments, market trends, and financial products and services, Meeting FCA qualification and internal requirements for authorisation to create and sign off Investment Proposals and manage clients assets in line with the Investment Mandate
What You'll Do.
Management of a client base of Advisers and their underlying clients
Manage and have broad and deep conversations with Advisers
clients and prospects
developing a full understanding of their financial and personal goals and ambitions
Present portfolio performance and timely market insights to clients and Advisers
Originating new business opportunities through Advisers
Network through seeking opportunities with current
new and potential Advisers and clients
Support business development events
Articulate the full breadth of the RBC Adviser proposition and solutions to existing and prospect Advisers and clients
Drive efficiency within the branch office/ team to sustain business growth while ensuring good client outcomes
Operate with a growth mindset and embody operational excellence and contributing towards the achievement of the branch business plan
Meeting FCA qualification and internal requirements for authorisation to create and sign off Investment Proposals and manage clients assets in line with the Investment Mandate
