Degree in Health Administration, Degree in Health Sciences, Degree in clinical health-related discipline, Ten years leadership experience, Leadership experience across healthcare systems, Experience with hospitals, Experience with community, Experience with integrated care models, Demonstrated success supporting partnership growth, Demonstrated success supporting strategic initiatives, Demonstrated success supporting organizational priorities, Knowledge of Ontario’s health system design, Knowledge of Ontario’s funding models, Understanding of local/regional health systems
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in Business, Master’s degree in Health Administration, Master’s degree in related field, Regulated Health Professional designation, Canadian Health Executive (CHE) certification

Compensation is based on experience.
