As Director, Institutional Sales, you will be a key driver of Hiive’s growth by cultivating and expanding deep relationships with premier global venture capital investors, institutions, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. You will directly generate significant liquidity and trading volume on our platform by combining strategic relationship management with a relentless sales focus. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where success is measured by revenue, deal flow, and the trust you build in the market. In this role, your responsibilities would include: - Becoming an expert on the secondary market for pre-IPO securities, understanding market dynamics, key participants, and the role of Hiive. - Developing, owning, and growing a portfolio of institutional and ultra-high-net-worth investor relationships, bringing all of Hiive’s investment capabilities to the market. - Driving revenue growth by prospecting new clients, re-engaging dormant accounts, and executing targeted sales campaigns to deliver trading volume and platform adoption. - Acting as a trusted relationship manager, delivering consistent, high-value communication and positioning Hiive as the preferred venue for secondary transactions. - Expanding Hiive’s market share by opening new channels, identifyi
