At Hasbro, we're looking for a Director of Indirect Procurement for Logistics who will do exactly that and more! The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying sourcing strategies that optimize third-party services across all global spend, including warehousing, inbound and outbound transportation, and customs brokerage. We believe great outcomes come from great collaboration, and this role will work closely with business and process partners across Hasbro as a key member of both the Global Indirect Procurement and Global Logistics & Planning Leadership teams. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA. What You Will Do: Develop and implement sourcing strategies and category plans for logistics services that support and align with enterprise objectives. Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and/or external consultants to deliver cost savings through global and regional sourcing events, including providing executive updates as needed. Pursue cash flow improvements through supplier payment terms extensions. Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms with key suppliers. Ensure compliance with Hasb
