What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in creative roles, 6+ years in people management, Bachelor’s degree in a related or equivalent work experience, Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in financial services, Deep understanding of digital channels (paid social, display, lifecycle, web, video)
Nice to Have
Proven experience in fintech, or banking highly preferred, portfolio demonstrating performance marketing and branded campaigns creative that drove results, Experience leading in-house or agency creative teams in fast-paced environments preferred

Lead the creative vision and strategy across branded content and performance marketing channels
