Must Have
Significant business partnering experience, Prior experience leading HRBP teams or equivalent leadership experience, business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes, Demonstrated experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management, Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders, Experience operating in a complex, regulated, or utility environment, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
