Must Have
Minimum 10 years professional level HR generalist experience, working with Mexico and a thorough understanding of HR practices, policies and industry trends for a highly matrixed environment, Experience leading the smooth implementation of the full HR Lifecycle with knowledge of local employment practices, Track record in HR transformations or organizational changes, Experience working in a constant changing environment, verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
