What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years broad and progressive experience in human resources, 3-5 years in a management role within large organizations with progressive HR systems, Expert knowledge in HR management concepts, Analytical ability, Good judgment, Professional presence, Interpersonal skills, Political savvy, Excellent negotiation and contracting skills, Ability to coordinate, facilitate and organize resources
Nice to Have
Masters degree, Manufacturing industry experience, Understanding of pharmaceutical industry and contract services business issues and trends, Ability to “get the job done” and take responsibility for results without direct authority
What You'll Do.
Own the site People Strategy
Translate business goals into HR roadmap
Embed Catalent leadership behaviors
Build and maintain succession plans
Serve as trusted advisor to GM and SLT
Facilitate leadership norms
Improve engagement throughout the Site
Develop and direct HR policies and procedures
and develop HR team(s)
Serve as site’s chief spokesperson with outside agencies
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Core member of the Site Leadership Team; Support to the General Manager and Site Leadership Team; Collaboration across the matrix; Facilitate leadership norms to drive alignment
