Sitting at the intersection of Human Resources and our business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBP) are uniquely positioned to shape employee experiences, ensure the company’s talent grows in meaningful ways, and help business leaders and HR at Hasbro be as successful as possible. Reporting to the VP, HRBP, you will design and implement HR solutions that enable the division’s success, foster a high-performance culture, and support the continued transformation of our business. This role requires strong collaboration across the HR function, influencing within a matrixed team, and delivering both strategic and hands- on HR support. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA. A Day in the Life Partner with Sr. Leaders to design and implement talent strategies aligned with business priorities. Drive people initiatives focused on talent acquisition, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Diagnose organizational and talent needs, collaborating with business leaders to implement solutions that improve performance and engagement. Support business planning by ensuring talent structures, performance management, and recognition systems enable strategic goals.
