It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. **About the role** The Director of HCM DevOps sits within the Corporate Functions D&T organisation and owns the **DevOps operating model** across HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, and adjacent services), acting as the **single point of accountability for run, release, and operational risk**. The Director partners closely with Product, Architecture, Security, and external operations partners to ensure the HCM ecosystem supports transformation without disruption to the business. The role reports to the Head of HR Systems & Products. This role is critical in environments where **regulatory compliance, payroll accuracy, security controls, and data integrity are non-negotiable** , and where biannual/quarterly platform releases are a structural reality rather than an exception. **Role Responsibilities** * Own and continuously evolve the HCM DevOps operating model, clearly defining accountabilities across internal teams and external operations partners * Ensure platform stability, availability, and performance across all HCM products, including proactive monitoring and preventative controls * Govern release
