Must Have

8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, financial services technology, or related industries, Proven experience leading revenue or go-to-market organizations in EMEA, Commercial leadership skills with experience managing regional quotas, forecasting, and GTM execution, Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing customer-facing teams in fast-growing environments, Experience managing cross-functional customer-facing teams, including sales, customer success, services, or support organizations, Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build regional infrastructure from the ground up, Executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally, Collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across international teams and time zones

Nice to Have

Experience selling into or working with firms such as BDO, KPMG, Grant Thornton, or similar organizations, Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-growing or startup environments

What You'll Do.

Lead and scale the company’s EMEA go-to-market organization across sales

and services functions

Carry and manage the regional revenue target

partnering closely with Account Executives and regional GTM leaders to drive pipeline and close strategic deals

Work directly with customers

and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer success

Develop and execute regional hiring plans to support continued growth and customer demand

Partner with Executive leadership teams to align regional execution with global strategy

Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend scalable solutions as the EMEA business matures

Serve as a strategic thought partner on future regional infrastructure needs across services

and customer operations

Participate directly in customer conversations

and complex deal cycles

Build relationships with key regional partners and customers across the audit and advisory ecosystem
