What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GSI/partner leadership roles, Proven experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams, 5+ years working with Global Systems Integrators (e.g., TCS, Infosys, HCLTech, Wipro), with understanding of their operating models and go-to-market approaches, Consistent track record of driving partner-sourced and influenced revenue and exceeding targets, Experience developing and executing cross-functional business plans in matrixed organizations, executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge of enterprise technology markets, including cyber resilience and cloud, preferred, Understanding of partner ecosystems and global go-to-market motions, Bachelor’s degree preferred

The Director will own the vision, structure, and execution of the Indian GSI partner business—combining strong people leadership with deep ecosystem engagement. This includes hiring, developing, and coaching a team of alliance and sales professionals, while driving measurable impact through partner-led revenue, pipeline growth, and strategic account penetration.
