Must Have
8+ years experience in financial services, 3+ years of related experience in an enterprise or specialist risk control function, Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have
MBA, MA, MS or equivalent with emphasis in finance, risk management, data science, or a quantitative discipline, Working knowledge in wealth management and custody and the associated products, offerings, and risks, 1 or more Financial Designations (ie CFA, FRM, CSC, CPA, etc), Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI or other data visualization tools, Working experience presenting to senior level audiences
What You'll Do.
and monitoring of portfolio risks
Ensure material risks are identified
Produce and present enterprise risk reporting
and test risks and risk controls
Contribute to development of risk policies
Establish risk tolerance limits
Respond effectively to changing regulatory requirements
Lead evolution and calibration of risk appetite monitors
Oversee and support alignment of business strategy and risk appetite
Serve as primary point of contact for risk matters
Facilitate business growth through review and assessment of new products
Proactively investigate risks and perform deep-dive analysis
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and risk centers of governance; Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the division; Work with Centers of Governance to ensure timely remedial actions
Communication Scope
Proven communication skills (both writing and verbal); Ability to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, changing environment
