What You'll Do.
Lead operational lifecycle of the Board
Manage meeting logistics
Track action follow-through
Own administration of board management system
Ensure documentation is current
Improve board systems
Prepare CEO and ELG for board engagements
Track governance compliance
Serve as primary operational point of contact for
Design systems supporting ELG-level execution
Operate systems supporting ELG-level execution
Partner with ELG on meeting design
Coordinate organizational calendar planning
Maintain Executive Office documentation
Maintain version control
Maintain institutional records
Provide direct supervision of Senior Executive Coordinator
Support development of Senior Executive Coordinator
Coordinate Executive Office logistics
Coordinate in-person Board meeting execution
Support VP in operationalizing strategy execution
Track strategy milestones
Report on strategy progress
Translate ELG decisions into execution plans
