What They're Looking For.

Must Have

experience leading services sales and growth teams at an enterprise software company or for enterprise software integrators, 10+ years of client-facing professional services experiences, either in services sales or services delivery, Experience leading and supervising teams of 5+ individual contributors, coaching them and inspiring them in alignment with company values, Expert communication skills interacting with VP and CxO level stakeholders both internal to the organization and external to clients, Ownership over outcomes – ability to independently problem-solve, make decisions, weigh trade-offs, and navigate through ambiguous and changing situations

Maintain understanding of UiPath product and services

Define repeatable Professional Services offerings

Understand competitor landscape

Work with delivery partners

Partner with sales to sell services

Lead design of services packages

Define best practices for contracts

Build business case for services

Coordinate external-facing best practices

Support partner-led Professional Services delivery

Evangelize partner offerings

Lead Professional Services GTM Managers

Establish repeatable processes for GTM function

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with UiPath’s software sales team; Partner with sales, product, partners, customer success, and other client-facing teams; Work closely with UiPath delivery partners; Work with account and partner teams; Work with account teams

Communication Scope

Expert communication skills interacting with VP and CxO level stakeholders
