What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in Global Markets, Structured Products, Structuring, or related capital markets roles, with demonstrated exposure to both flow and bespoke structures., understanding of structured notes, derivatives, and investment products, including pricing mechanics and risk drivers., Proven experience managing regulatory interactions and working within regulated financial institutions., Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior levels

What You'll Do.
Provide oversight across both flow and non-flow structured products
ensuring robust governance
and commercial viability.
Ensure all outstanding structured products are actively managed throughout their full lifecycle
post‑trade monitoring
and Compliance teams to ensure product structures and features remain aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage and oversee pricing requests from internal stakeholders and external clients
and market‑appropriate responses.
Ensure all product-related documentation
and approvals are prepared and maintained in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines and internal frameworks.
Act as an escalation point for complex or bespoke structuring and pricing queries.
Evaluate new product ideas and structures
assessing commercial rationale
and regulatory considerations.
Initiate and drive the Product Program / New Product Approval process
coordinating across relevant stakeholders from concept to launch.
Lead process design and continuous improvement initiatives
including enhancements to existing workflows
and platforms to support scalability and efficiency.
Conduct product training sessions for sales channels to enhance product knowledge
structuring capability
and client advisory effectiveness.
Participate in joint marketing visits with business units and sales teams to support client engagement
and deal origination.
Serve as a trusted product specialist and advisor to frontline teams and senior stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact with regulators and regulatory-related bodies (e. g.
securities regulator)
including response to queries
and regulatory submissions where required.
Represent Structuring Sales in internal governance forums
and regulatory examinations.
Ensure ongoing alignment with evolving regulatory expectations and market best practices.

Partner with Trading, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure product structures and features remain aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.; coordinating across relevant stakeholders from concept to launch.; Participate in joint marketing visits with business units and sales teams to support client engagement, solution pitching, and deal origination.; Serve as a trusted product specialist and advisor to frontline teams and senior stakeholders.; Represent Structuring Sales in internal governance forums, audits, and regulatory examinations.
