What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of experience in sales, origination, and structuring of FICC derivatives and structured solutions, Demonstrable track record covering Large Corporates, Project Finance, and Global/Financial Sponsors, Deep understanding of corporate and sponsor risk profiles, capital considerations, regulatory frameworks, and ISDA documentation, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field, Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience within an Investment Banking context, Direct experience with leveraged, acquisition, and subscription financing, Deal-contingent hedges, Proficiency in additional Asian languages
