Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, Extensive experience in Finance, Learning & Development, Finance transformation, or related roles, Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders in complex, global, matrixed organizations, Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change across a global Finance organization, capability to inspire engagement, adoption, and enthusiasm for training and continuous learning, Excellent networking, communication, and influencing skills, Proven effectiveness in leading with and without formal authority, strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate trends and risks impacting Finance capability and business performance, High level of organizational awareness, resilience, and leadership presence
What You'll Do.
Own and continuously evolve the global Finance learning strategy
Drive execution and governance of the learning strategy
Define and maintain role-based training frameworks
and improve training effectiveness
Partner closely with senior management and functional leaders
Collaborate with Global Process Owners to design and deliver training programs
Work cross-functionally with Learning & Development leaders
Embed a learning culture across the Finance organization

**Director, Global Finance Training & Learning** **Location:** Hyderabad, India Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across three continents. We are looking for a **Director, Global Finance Training & Learning** to define and drive the global strategy for Finance training and learning across Lonza. Reporting closely into senior Finance leadership, including the **Global Head of Corporate Accounting & External Reporting**, this role leads the **Finance Training Academy** , ensuring its effectiveness, governance, and long‑term impact.
