What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years in EoR (PEO), RPO and related services-portfolio operations leadership, with full P&L responsibility for Client accounts, Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions, Speaking in a public setting and delivering presentations to individuals and groups, Cope effectively with losses or rejections by moving on to other challenges and learning from past experiences, Use all Google Suite products, Familiarity with Google Suite of Services is a must for this role, Proficient in using cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Analytics

Nice to Have

BPO experience an advantage, Experience with Hubspot is a plus

What You'll Do.

Own and grow Global Employment business

Lead three service offerings

Collaborate with Product & Strategy team

Work with Client Success team

Engage with Client executives

Execute GE strategy and offering

Develop GE strategy and product offering

Own External Hiring + EoR motion

Build trust-based relationships with Client executives

Advise on hiring locations

Own success and retention of GE Client portfolio

Identify and pursue expansion opportunities

Partner with Talent Acquisition

Partner with VP of People

Partner with Snr Director

CX Strategy & Solutions

Partner with Sales and Marketing

Partner with Finance and RevOps

Partner with BizOps Office Ops

Lead and develop GE team

Promote culture of continuous improvement

Carry P&L accountability

Make commercial trade-offs

Operationalize playbooks

Deliver against measurable outcomes

Update Hubspot deal cards

Follow up with clients on invoicing
