Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience., Proven track record of improving efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and delivering measurable performance outcomes., business and financial acumen, including ownership of a significant P&L and experience driving growth and profitability., Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies., Proven people leader with the ability to build, engage, and develop high performing teams at all levels of the organization., Executive level communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate strategy and align teams to common goals
What You'll Do.
Provide overall leadership and accountability for the performance
and operations of the manufacturing facility.
Own and deliver business results
including full P&L accountability
and customer satisfaction metrics.
Develop and execute short and long term strategic plans aligned with MasterBrand’s growth objectives and operational priorities.
Lead day to day manufacturing operations across a complex
highly customized production environment.
Drive a culture of safety
operational excellence
and continuous improvement across all functions.
Analyze operational performance
and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Lead the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies
including RFID and other automation initiatives.
Partner with cross functional leaders to align manufacturing capabilities with market demand and customer expectations.
