Must Have
15+ years of experience in direct sales or fundraising with full ownership of the sales lifecycle, Proven track record of achieving high-value targets (₹10–20 crore range or above), experience in corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, or B2B sales environments, Deep understanding of donor management, relationship building, and account growth, Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills, Ability to engage with senior stakeholders including corporates, foundations, and HNIs, Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and convert new funding opportunities, Passion for social impact and a genuine interest in contributing to initiatives supporting underserved communities
Nice to Have
network within corporate or development sectors is highly advantageous, Educational background in Sales & Marketing, Mass Communication, Social Work, or related fields
What You'll Do.
