This role serves as a key finance business partner to senior leadership, providing actionable insights that drive business performance, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. This position owns the annual Budgeting process, forecasting cycles, financial modeling, and management reporting, for the Toy Creative Centre, while partnering cross-functionally with business leaders to support strategic decision-making. The Director, Toy FP&A operates as a senior finance leader, balancing hands-on analytical execution with strategic leadership, and plays a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the organization. **How will you create impact?** * Lead the Toy organization’s annual budgeting, quarterly forecast and long-range planning processes. * Develop and maintain Toy financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis. * Provide financial leadership through monthly and quarterly performance reporting, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and insights. * Partner closely with business leaders to evaluate operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive accountability against financial targets. * Build dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting frameworks to improve visibility into business performance and supp
