What They're Looking For.

Must Have

University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience in flight operations, dispatch, or aviation management or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience, Prior supervisory experience, Working knowledge of MS Office, Zoom/Teams, and flight operations scheduling software, Proven ability to manage projects, work independently, and prioritize work in time-sensitive situations, Customer service, Dispatch and aircraft scheduling functions, Crewing and currency, Domestic and international flight coordination, Compliance with company policy, Safety and FAA regulations, Aviation weather and the impact on aircraft operations and the safety of flight, Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities, Advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams, Proven ability to build internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Nice to Have

FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certification, Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS), Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Highly organized, Superior attention to detail
