8+ years of experience in Technology Product life cycle management of Saas solutions, At least 5+ years of Oracle EPM – ARCS experience or any other comparable solutions experience is required, Ability to build effective partnerships with Business Owners and stakeholders and transparent communication is the key, People and team management experience is required, Product and Project delivery management discipline is required, Pay attention to detail, be conscientious and self-motivated, possess excellent organizational skills, and deliver quality end results, Ability to navigate with cross functional teams and geographies for successful product management is required, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environments, Excellent communication and presentation abilities
