About the Role We are hiring a Director, Finance Systems Enablement to own the design and optimization of Finance & Accounting systems with a core focus on Oracle NetSuite within our operational accounting technology environment. This role sits within Accounting and Reporting and reports to the Senior Director, Accounting Systems. You will serve as the hands-on system expert responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and continuously improving NetSuite in support of key operational accounting processes, including procure-to-pay, record-to-report, intercompany, and close activities. You’ll work closely with Accounting, the master data team, IT, and other system stakeholders to translate accounting requirements into effective system configurations, workflows, reporting, roles, permissions, and automation. This is a critical role for ensuring the ongoing health, performance, optimisation, and control integrity of NetSuite itself.
