Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience, At least 4–5 years in senior finance leadership role, Proven experience managing Accounting and FP&A functions, Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Nice to Have
MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced qualification, Prior experience in a multi-national or global matrix organization, Experience leading or participating in ERP implementations, Familiarity with IFRS, Excel experience with data automation
What You'll Do.
Act as primary financial partner to NORAM Locker
Advise senior leadership on financial performance
Lead and inspire Accounting and FP&A teams
Represent NORAM region in global finance forums
Oversee all accounting operations for NORAM Locker business
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements
Drive integrity and quality in financial reporting
Manage external and internal audits
Coordinate year-end close processes
Lead annual budgeting and multi-year planning processes
Develop and maintain rolling forecasts
Produce insightful management reporting packages
and maintain internal control environment
Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies
Monitor and enforce SOX or equivalent controls
Conduct regular business reviews
Lead or co-lead ERP implementation or upgrade projects
and global finance teams
Oversee financial project controlling
Champion process improvement initiatives
Manage cash flow forecasting
Manage working capital optimization
Support M&A activities
Oversee tax compliance coordination
Drive cost management initiatives
Ensure finance team development
