We are looking for a strategic and commercially astute Director – Feasibility to support our expansion across India & South Asia. This leadership role is central to evaluating hotel development opportunities, ensuring every project aligns with our brand standards, financial benchmarks, and long-term growth strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership, owners, investors, and cross-functional teams to shape data-driven decisions that enable sustainable and profitable growth. * Lead end-to-end feasibility assessments for greenfield, brownfield, conversion, and rebranding hotel projects. * Oversee and validate detailed financial models, cash flows, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning in line with corporate guidelines. * Assess project risks, capital structure, market dynamics, and long-term asset sustainability. * Provide clear investment recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees * Drive market and competitive intelligence for priority cities and growth corridors. * Track macro-economic, tourism, real estate, and hospitality trends impacting development decisions. * Support portfolio strategy, brand placement, and pipeline optimization through data driven insights * Lead preparation of management & franchise proposals, term sheets, investmen
