Oversee maintenance, vendor relationships, compliance, and strategic planning to support business objectives while maintaining cost-effective operations. ## **Key Responsibilities** **Operational Management** Oversee daily facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and building automation systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifecycle and minimize downtime.
