Own incentive programs

Lead reward benchmarking

Manage reward benchmarking

Structure executive packages

Structure senior leadership packages

Review performance metrics

Own long term cash based programs

Manage participant communications

Manage valuation processes

Manage program compliance

Own equity programs on transaction

Own long term cash based programs on transaction

Manage relationships with external advisors

Lead executive reward aspects of M&A

Plan retention for M&A

Plan transaction-related incentives

Translate reward structures into communication

Build relationships with Executive Committee

Build relationships with HRBPs
