Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role: please only apply if this location is accessible for you. **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * Lead scientific oversight across interventional, complex non-interventional, and other real-world evidence studies globally. * Develop and implement integrated evidence generation strategies aligned with product lifecycle strategies. * Develop study concepts, protocols, study reports, ensure continuous data review, and contribute to analysis interpretation and external data dissemination via publication. * Influence product medical strategy through strong contributions to integrated evidence planning activities and drive high-quality, fit-for-purpose evidence solutions ensuring scientific rigour across all study designs. * Engage and influence global stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, advisory boards, and patient organisations. * Represent Novartis in steering committees, research collaborations, and external scientific forums. * Champion innovative study designs, methodologies, and data approaches to elevate evidence generation practices * Contribute to enterprise initiatives including SOP development, process improvement, governance, training, and evidence best practices. * Mentor junior
