ABOUT THE ROLE The Director, Event Partnerships (Sponsorship) will own the development and execution of Snowflake's exhibitorship sales and partner engagement strategy, leading a high-performing team to deliver world-class partner event experiences that drive awareness, pipeline impact and community engagement. This includes partner sponsorships, activations and programs at the following key Snowflake-led flagship events: Snowflake Summit, Snowflake World Tours, and the Data for Breakfast series. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own Regional & Global Event Strategy: Lead end-to-end partner experiences, sponsorships, and logistics for flagship regional and global events across NOAM and LATAM as well as set guidelines for international counterparts. Oversee engagement for major annual programs (averaging 500+ partners per year), partner executive activations, and hospitality/ancillary events. - Drive Prospectus, Revenue & Sales Operations: Design, price, and launch annual Partner Sponsorship Packages and Promotional Opportunity prospectuses. Partner with finance and leadership to set revenue targets, manage forecasting, handle custom requests, and scale recurring annual partnership revenue.
