What You'll Do.
Provides technical and strategic leadership for Denison’s enterprise applications ecosystem
focusing on the operations
and evolution of the university’s Workday platform and related systems.
Leads the team responsible for supporting and optimizing enterprise applications
and key third-party systems
to ensure they serve as a cohesive foundation for modern
efficient university operations.
Works closely with campus partners
the Director leads enterprise systems strategy
oversees platform operations and integrations
manages release cycles and vendor relationships
and drives continuous improvement to support strategic
data-informed administrative processes across the university.
Supervises assigned staff
including Workday Business Analysts
integration specialists
and Banner support staff.
Manages the Workday release lifecycle
coordinates system testing with functional departments
and ensures the operational continuity of Workday services.
Leads the technical management and ongoing support of enterprise applications
and related third-party systems.
Oversees integrations
and the refresh schedule for Workday Sandbox and Sandbox Preview tenants.
Provides technical guidance on IT application architecture and long-term enterprise application strategy
including future-state analysis and system planning.
Collaborates with campus departments and stakeholders to identify system needs
implement new features
and ensure enterprise applications effectively support institutional operations.
Leads enterprise application implementation projects
manages vendor relationships for enterprise systems
and oversees the technical aspects of campus software implementations.
