## Accountabilities Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise product marketing strategy that aligns product, sales, business development, and customer success teams around consistent positioning and messaging. Lead the creation of differentiated market narratives, thought leadership initiatives, and multi-channel marketing programs that strengthen brand authority and market presence. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product marketing team, ensuring clear priorities, professional development, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through integrated campaigns spanning content marketing, events, webinars, paid media, public relations, partnerships, and other channels. Create and maintain sales enablement resources, messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and customer-facing materials that support revenue growth and product adoption. Partner closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate complex platform capabilities into compelling customer value propositions. Support international expansion efforts by developing market-entry strategies and scalable go-to-market frameworks for future growth opportunities. Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize marketing initiatives to maximize business impact. Requirements 10+ years of B2B marketing experience within SaaS or technology-driven organizations, including ownership of product marketing initiatives across multiple products or solutions. Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams, with a track record of building high-performing organizations. Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging development, thought leadership creation, and sales enablement strategy. Demonstrated success executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue outcomes.
