We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Engineering Services to lead engineering strategy and operations across our portfolio in India & South Asia. Based at the Corporate Office, this role is responsible for driving excellence in MEP design coordination, project execution, engineering operations, energy management, and maintenance across both operating and pipeline hotels. Primary Responsibilities: * To ensure that all Operating Hotels are adhering to the guidelines for Energy management. * Ensuring POMEC expenses for all Hotels remains within approved budgets. * Assisting management in the Selection of Engineering Heads for all Operating Units /Project Hotels * Ensuring that the project handover is seamless and is in accordance with per pre-defined hand over process * Responsible for FLS guidelines being adopted in all project and Operating Hotels * Reviews owner process profiling for MEP Consultants services for each assigned project * Assists owner in input on Engineering designs to meet relevant Brand Standard D&C requirements for each assigned project * Advises on deliverables for each assigned project specific to Brand Standards and Fire life safety issues * Coordinates project reporting processes through internal resources and external agencies for timely
