Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 20 years of relevant experience, knowledge of hotel design, knowledge of MEP systems, knowledge of fit-outs, knowledge of operations, Experience working with owners, Experience working with developers, Experience working with consultants, Solid understanding of contracting methodologies, Solid understanding of project delivery frameworks
Nice to Have
Proven experience in a regional leadership role, Proven experience in a multi-property leadership role
What You'll Do.
Ensure hotels adhere to energy management guidelines
Ensure POMEC expenses remain within budgets
Assist management in selection of Engineering Heads
Ensure seamless project handover
Ensure FLS guidelines are adopted
Review owner process profiling for MEP Consultants
Assist owner on Engineering designs
Advise on deliverables for Brand Standards
Advise on deliverables for Fire life safety issues
Coordinate project reporting processes
Monitor and report project activity
Integrate with DTS sub departments for ID Design
Maintain relationships with owners
Maintain relationships with owners representatives
Maintain relationships with consultants
Maintain relationships with Key stakeholders
Attend site review meetings
Liaise with Accor specialist teams
