Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management, PMP or other project management related certification, Medical Device experience (ISO 13485 regulated industry), 7+ years of end-to-end program management experience leading cross functional product development teams running highly complex Project Management programs along with financial project accounting (P&L knowledge), Well versed and knowledgeable in thermoplastic/silicone injection molding, assembly methods, and process development and validation, Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders (client and internal), end-users, business partners, and technical team members to ensure proper systems and plan alignment, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, Demonstrated experience in leading and/or presenting to project teams and senior leadership, Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a geographically diverse, matrixed organization, Proficient in SAP along with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project)
