Director,Engineering-Identity

## Accountabilities Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for identity security platforms (ITDR and ISPM) Lead, scale, and develop engineering teams, including hiring and mentoring engineering managers Own delivery of scalable, high-performance identity systems supporting millions of identities Establish engineering standards, best practices, and development processes across teams Collaborate with product, architecture, and security teams to align technical execution with strategy Drive roadmap execution and ensure consistent delivery of customer value Champion adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools Improve system reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across the platform Requirements: 10+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or distributed systems environments 5+ years in engineering leadership roles at director level or above Strong experience building and scaling identity, authentication, or security platforms Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, MFA, and related IAM concepts Proven experience managing and growing remote engineering teams Strong background in distributed systems and large-scale platform architecture Experience with hiring, coaching, and performance management of engineering leaders Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical and business stakeholders Strong execution mindset with experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments Benefits: 100% remote work environment Competitive base salary + bonus + equity Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Generous PTO and paid holidays 12 weeks paid parental leave Life and disability insurance Stock options for all full-time employees Home office setup reimbursement Annual learning and development budget Monthly digital reimbursement Access to coaching and professional growth platforms ## Additional Information How Jobgether works: We use
