What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of experience in engineering, automation, platform delivery, or quality enablement leadership, Proven track record of getting complex automation or engineering transformation initiatives delivered at scale, hands-on background in automation frameworks, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices, Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams with a execution and people-first mindset, Experience operating in complex, regulated, or high-risk environments with real delivery accountability, Highly pragmatic, data-driven decision maker with excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills

Champion fast feedback loops and risk-based testing
Focus on defect prevention and early detection
Lead pragmatic evolution of automation and testing approaches
Drive consistent adoption of engineering fundamentals
Influence architecture and platform decisions
Balance modern practices with regulated systems realities
Own delivery outcomes across a portfolio of initiatives
Use data to assess automation effectiveness and cost of quality
Make clear trade-offs between speed
Ensure teams focus on outcomes over activity
Lead and develop a large
distributed organization
Actively engage with teams on the ground
Focus on improving day-to-day experience of quality engineers and developers
Build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Lead teams confidently through change and ambiguity
Act as a trusted execution partner to leaders
Translate delivery progress and risks to senior leadership
