Must Have
10+ years of experience as Chief lead architect or head of an IT department in a mid-size to large business, Proven track record in shaping and delivering large-scale Engineering, Cloud, AI and Data transformation programmes end-to-end, Acts as a trusted advisor to C-level and C-1 stakeholders, bridging business strategy and technology execution, Extensive experience advising senior executives and acting as a strategic partner, Deep passion for technology, combining broad knowledge with depth in key domains, Able to simplify complex technical topics into clear, actionable insights, In-depth experience with modern technology stacks, commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, shape value propositions and build long-term client relationships, Excellent communication and leadership skills, inspiring teams and aligning diverse stakeholders, Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across business and IT, Self-starter with the ability to build a business
