What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of Human Resources experience / Employee Relations, Experience in conducting POSH investigations, Solid ER case management, Conducting complex investigations, Investigation report writing experience
Nice to Have
Law degree, ServiceNow or Workday experience
What You'll Do.
Addressing employee relations matters ranging from policy violations and interpretations
Investigating and resolving employee complaints
Partner with PXPs in investigations and fact finding on Employee Relations issues
Resolve straightforward problems by applying relevant policies
past practices and/or best practices to reach a conclusion
guidance and coaching to Managers and HR Business Partners to address employee behavior and performance concerns
Provide guidance and assist with the development and delivery of appropriate feedback or corrective/disciplinary actions
Track and analyze ER data to identify ER trends
propose and implement improvements
and deliver ER solutions on topics including HR policies
disciplinary procedures
working time etc. to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Maintain required documentation within JLL's case management system including intake and investigation notes
supporting documents and final reports and/or evidence of action taken
Advise on highly complex ER cases/problems by evaluating pertinent information
and applying relevant Company policies and practices to reach a conclusion
Build organizational capability in managing ER matters by educating managers and HR colleagues in ER processes and practices
Actively participate and provide support in projects developing new ER processes and other HR process improvements
Partner with Legal department as needed to ensure JLL policies and practices are compliant with local laws and regulations

Partner with PXPs in investigations; Consultation, guidance and coaching to Managers and HR Business Partners; Partner with Legal department
Communication Scope
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills; Articulating reasoned rationale for ER recommendations to persuade business partners
Process & Methodology
Projects developing new ER processes, HR process improvements
