Must Have
8–10+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, product management, or category management within a retail or online business, Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team of managers, merchandisers, or analysts, Expert-level skills in interpreting complex data (sales, customer behavior, market trends) via Adobe Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software, Deep understanding of financial metrics, margin analysis, and the operational drivers of the 'demand-to-net' lifecycle, Ability to identify market trends and develop actionable plans that align with broader business objectives, Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams including marketing, supply chain, IT, and finance
