Must Have
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce Marketing, Proven leadership experience at senior level, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams, experience managing large-scale marketing budgets with clear accountability for performance and ROI, Demonstrated ability to define and execute digital marketing strategies in complex, matrix organizations, commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand building and performance-driven outcomes, Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across senior regional and global leadership levels, Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach, Fluent in English and German
