Must Have
10+ years of experience, Experience in investment and fund operations, Experience in asset management operations, Experience in product/portfolio operations, Experience in technology-enabled operating model change, Understanding of digital asset space, Project/program management excellence, Stakeholder management, Communication skills, Analytical problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
CAIA, CFA, MBA, Detailed knowledge of digital investment products—cryptocurrencies, tokens, and blockchain-based transaction flows
What You'll Do.
Assess and document requirements for digital investment products operational ecosystem
Provide digital subject matter expertise
Accelerate product roadmap
Define target state operating model
Manage program PMO mechanisms
Coordinate daily operational readiness
Track and resolve operational issues
Align and document procedures
Lead cross-functional execution for new capabilities
Manage dependencies across teams
Assist Technology on roadmap delivery
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interact with many groups within Fidelity; Represent business to customers and business partners; Establish and run cadence with business partners; Cascade digital asset awareness across teams

Exceptional communication skills; Create executive-ready materials; Prepare concise, decision-oriented communications
Process & Methodology
End-to-end program management, Build and maintain integrated project plans, Build and maintain deliverables calendars, Build and maintain critical path timelines, RAID, Decision logs, Change control, Intake triage, KPI tracking
