10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B technology companies, 4+ years in a people management role, Demonstrated success developing and mentoring marketing teams, including early-career professionals, Proven track record of building and executing demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline contribution, Experience managing across multiple marketing disciplines, including ABM, digital marketing, channel marketing, and web, analytical mindset with the ability to establish measurement frameworks and translate data into actionable decisions
